Frequently Asked Questions

We are currently a four piece band: Anthony on guitar and vocals, Brian on drums, Dave on bass and vocals, Jim on keys.  We do have songs where we play other instruments as well as our solo set which has members performing solo work.   

We play music from all corners of the rock and roll and blues world.  Being all mellow kind of musicians, we tend to play songs that fits in between too soulful and too wild.  We are that timeless groove that fills the road of your musical soul.  

We have over 60 songs in our songbook (as of July 2024) and we keep on adding new songs.  We cover the entire rock era from the 50s up to modern songs.  We have male singers so that directs us to songs by the Beatles, Tom Petty, The Doors, ZZ Top, Hendrix, Talking Heads, Pearl Jam, Genesis, Police, etc.  We don't do the "screaming" songs that some bands do but we keep up the tempo on most songs.  We would be happy to send a song list upon request.

We live in central NJ so we play mostly in New Jersey although we have some fans that want us in Delaware, Maryland, and NYC.  So check back for future show dates.  

Send an email to t-gband@timeless-groove.com and we will get back to you.  Please send us the date, time, location, if we need to bring a sound system, and if you have power available where we will be playing.  We can play indoors or outdoors (under cover).  We do not drown out your restaurant with a wall of sound.  Your customers will appreciate that!  

The North Jersey Blues Society (NJBS) is a volunteer-based 501 (c) (3) non-profit that was founded to celebrate the heritage and preservation of blues music as a valued indigenous American art form through the unity of the blues community comprised of fans, musicians, society members, venues, other non-profits, educators, and business owners who will collaborate to and promote the blues performances and educational offerings in Northern New Jersey.
